We pay our staff the London Living Wage because we believe that’s fair and we provide extensive on the job training for all of our team including first aid, food hygiene, running a bar and of course, how to brew. We also focus on soft skills such as customer service, team work and professional behaviours using our in-house training tool, the Ignition development cog.

 

Most of our team is recruited via our partners Brighter Horizons, Lewisham Mencap and Lewisham College but we do consider applications from anyone who is neurodivergent or who has a learning disability.
